REFUND_POLICY

1. Digital Goods

MUSELAB_DSP provides digital services and API-based AI generation. Due to the immediate computing costs associated with neural network rendering, we have a strict policy regarding refunds.

2. Consumed Credits

Once "Credits" have been consumed to generate audio, they are strictly non-refundable. The unpredictable nature of AI means we cannot guarantee subjective musical quality, and credits are billed for the server computing time used.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a PRO_STUDIO or STANDARD subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as proven technical failures resulting in duplicate charges, at our sole discretion. To request an investigation, contact support within 7 days of the charge.
