1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MUSELAB_DSP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description & Credits

MUSELAB_DSP provides AI-powered audio synthesis tools. Services are purchased via "Credits". Credits are consumed upon initiating a generation request. MUSELAB_DSP makes no guarantees regarding the exact musical output due to the unpredictable nature of neural networks.

3. Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy (STRICT)

Users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

[!] Generating voice impersonations of real persons, including celebrities, politicians, and artists, without explicit written consent.
[!] Generating audio that constitutes a "deepfake" intended to deceive or mislead.
[!] Creating content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain the rights to the prompts you provide. MUSELAB_DSP grants you a commercial license to use the generated audio output, provided your use does not violate Section 3.
